Breaking News - Prairie Rock Brewing Offers Wine Tasting

In an effort to widen the palates of their customers and to attract new, non beer drinking diners to their new Schaumburg facility, Prairie Rock Brewing Company will be starting an exclusive new wine tasting program. Beginning on May 9th, 2000, and continuing every second Tuesday, the program will feature a single varietal from several different vineyards, along with variety of cheeses from around the world and seasonal fruit.
The program for May 9th will showcase 20 different Chardonnays and 10 different cheeses. The next event on June 13th will feature Champagnes, Sparkling Whites and Desert Wines.
