Breaking News - Ram Taps Seasonal Brew In Schaumberg
June 7, 2000 -- 1997 GABF Winner Kick Ass Pale Ale Back On Friday June 9th
Ram Restaurant & Brewery of Schaumburg, IL, will be holding a tapping party this coming Friday, June 9th, for their latest seasonal specialty beer, a pale ale called Kick Ass Pale Ale. This recipe won a medal at the 1997 GABF. It's a nice light but hoppy pale ale, with 35IBUs and an original gravity of 1.052.
Pints will be specially priced all day, it will be featured at the "portable" bar near the hostess station where people wait for tables, servers will have samples available, and brewers Lanny Fetzer and Tom "Bubba" Nelson will be on hand to answer questions.
