Real Ale Festival 2000, a celebration of cask conditioned ale will be held in at Chicago’s Goose Island Wrigleyville brewpub on March 23-25, 2000. The term “real ale” refers to the fact that beer served from the cask is a living, breathing entity that is the truest exemplar of the British brewing tradition.
