9th Annual Seattle Brewfest at The Paramount April 22

April, 1999

The extremely popular Brewfest is an annual tradition for people in the Pacific Northwest who sample tantalizing offerings from specialty food vendors and local and regional microbreweries. Each year up to 1,000 people experience a fabulous evening, which features an array of mouth watering gourmet specialties from more than 35 fine food vendors and palate-pleasing samples from more than 35 microbreweries - all representing the best of the Northwest.

This year the 9th annual event will take place on Thursday, April 22, 1998, at The Paramount, 911 Pine Street, Seattle, WA. The evening is divided into two sections.

The Special Patron Preview ($150 per ticket), from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m., will feature Executive Chef Kerry White of McCormick's Fish House & Bar and Chef Jacques Boiroux, formerly co-owner of Le Tastevin and food consultant to Queen Anne Thriftway and KIRO-TV.

The doors are opened from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. to our general admission audience ($40 per person in advance or $45 at the door) who will enjoy an evening of complementary tasting of gourmet food and microbrews.

Tickets can be purchased by calling Cancer Lifeline at (206) 297-2100. Tickets can also be purchased at The Paramount box office on the corner of 9th Avenue and Pine Street or through Ticketmaster.

Proceeds from Seattle Brewfest will enable Cancer Lifeline to continue providing its programs and services free of charge to people impacted by the cancer diagnosis-whether it is cancer patients, family members, co-workers or friends.
