BridgePort Brewing Co. of Portland will hold its fourth annual Firkin Festival on Sunday, August 8, from noon- 8 p.m. at the brewery, 1313 Marshall Street. The brewery's cask ales will be poured as well as other brews, and a barbecue is planned for the outdoor dock area. Streets in the area will be blocked off, and there will be music by local bands. A special raffle will be held with a grand prize of a trip for two to London. Proceeds from ticket sales ($1 each) will benefit Habitat for Humanity. Call (503) 287-9529 for advance raffle tickets.
